BGA just randomly added me to two games

I didn't sign up for King of Tokyo or Agricola, and I don't know how to play those games. WHat do I do to avoid getting "negative points"? :shock:

You may have clicked 'recommended games' accidentally in automatic lobby.

Click propose abandon yhe game from the menu in the top right and people may agree to abandon it
