BGA just randomly added me to two games

I didn't sign up for King of Tokyo or Agricola, and I don't know how to play those games. WHat do I do to avoid getting "negative points"?

You may have clicked 'recommended games' accidentally in automatic lobby.

Click propose abandon yhe game from the menu in the top right and people may agree to abandon it
