strange situation about russian

hello everybody,
I have a friend, an old man living in my village quite old and peacefull. On the 26 of february, he asked to russian players with very friendly terms to explain to him if they were aware of the situation the situation in Ukraine. His word began with "dear Russian friends". With three players he had interesting conversations and in a very respectful tone. Suddenly he was banned from starting new games and talking. He does not understand and would like to at least interrupt the payment of his premium payment. His nickname is "*" which means hello from here. If anyone can help, I would gladly pass it on.

Presumably one of the opponents took this as offensive and reported the user. Moderation on the site is very heavy handed and inconsistent.

I thought so too, but I see no moderation on the profile of the mentioned username which translates as "hello from here".

Sometimes, the moderation doesn't appear in the penalties.
He undoubtly got a moderation.
