How to report this type of bug? Game 245730404

I am playing a game and should have 40 hours left on my timer. Instead, they system is saying I am -40 hours on my timer. I cannot see how to report this bug. I can't put it in the bug section under Viticulture. My only option there that is even close is a display malfunctions that DOES NOT affect the game play. This affects me! It affects my Karma and my status / ability to win. I can't find a way to report it as a general problem with the timer function.

How do I get this fixed? It is ruining the game. 245730404

Just tell your playing mates and ask them to not kick you because of the bug.

It does look like this game is part of a tournament where each player has a maximum of 2 days thinking time and it started on Feb 26th. Tournament games do not add time to your clock when you make a move.

Adding up all the players' times seems to suggest you have used up most of the time in this game. Are you saying that this is wrong and someone else has actually used up the time?
