About a function of "lag notification"

Hi BGA team,

I'm a player in China. I'm really admire and appreciate your efforts and achievements on the BGA platform. :D
As you see, I'm new here while make a donation immediately and translate some rules.

For my experience these days, everything is obviously running well, except this one: Network Delay. :?

Majority of time it is working smoothly and pleasurable, but sometimes - such as the time I'm making the post - connection from China (maybe Asia in all) is SOOOOO unstable. :!:
It makes we unable to play games smoothly, and feel shame and guilty to other players. Can't type to explain neither. :oops:

Which I comprehend that it's not a key issue of BGA at current time, so what I wish is that could you make a short-term solution, like a function of "lag notification"? :?:

It could make an alert to the user when his/her network delay happens before any game, to suggest him/her avoid playing;
And, it could help the user to send an automatic explanation and waiver to other players when delay happened in the progress of a game.

For the long-term evolution, I wish you could at least set a server in Hongkong, which would be beneficial to all players in Asia I suppose.
If you would set a double-line server in China, which could be high-speed accessible by both China Unicom and China Telecom, it would be spectacular! :lol:

Wish BGA going well,

Odyssy
