I'm in a multiplayer elimination tournament for 7 Wonders. For all the remaining games, a player has been booted for running out of time, but the game didn't end because a player forgot to leave the table.

This is holding up the next round of the tournament. The tournament will auto-end the game after 15 total days have passed. Really, there should be a cleanup task that identifies abandoned tournament games like this and just terminates them.
There is no point continuing the game, because nothing can affect the outcome once a player is kicked for running out of time.
