Porter and stone tongs

Does anyone know if Porter and Stone tongs combo - ie, if you take 3 stone from a space, do you also get 1 stone from stone tongs, + 1 stone and 1 food from Porter because it is now 4 stone?

This does not work.

Porter: "Each time you take at least 4 of the same building resource from an accumulation space..."

Porter only cares about how many things are on the accumulation space. Things like Stone Tongs and Wood Cart are resources provided by cards, and Porter does not count those.
