You can use a holiday joker, but I think to remember that someone here said recently hat they don‘t work on tournaments, which is fair I guess. So no, no options there for you.

Indeed, not valid for arena and tournament games. You know in advance how long these games will last, if you then go on vacation, it's your responsibility.
