I got 10 karma points deducted for not finishing a game right after finishing. Can this be fixed?

There may be a time delay between when the penalty happens and when you get notified of the penalty, so it might have been that you finished one game and then were notified of the penalty on the other game.

There is no error, so there is nothing to fix.
