Do you have a flux capacitor?

You might be lucky, sometimes it's easier in the DB just to mark an account as deleted. If so, it could be retrieved. But it's likely a manual job.

Is there a certain reason why you want the account back and cannot start anew?

Try making a new account with the same username, if it works, the account is permanently deleted as the database would still contain it.
