Is it possible to make "regional fee" on every country?

In these years, even the 2,5 Euro isn't good for poor countries, is it possible to make it regional fee? I'm not crying, just giving a suggestion for "equality".

I agree, digital services could easily be adjusted (at least somewhat) based on the general costs of living.

However, it would require some kind of control mechanism to avoid players switching countries just to save money, which might be difficult.

Since the invention of the Virtual Private Network, it is impossible to easily determine the true country of origin. This has been addressed before by BGA, and the answer has always been that they won't try to put in any type of adjustment. Which is fair, since they have to pay the same cost for their servers no matter who is using them.
