Having trouble picking up Arena Papayoo matches

Far too often, I see the game fill, then I"m told that i "quit the game". Sometime it even tells me that the game is ready to start, but I find that I'm a spectator rather than a player.

It's taking 20-30 minutes for me to get a single game. What gives?

Looks like you click to play a game but then for some reason when it starts you don't take your turn and someone kicks you out? Do you watch the queue whilst your waiting or do you go off and do other things and then come back to find you're just a spectactor? For arena you need to be ready and watching when the game starts ormplay turn based if that's too hard
