Are the HQ-Supply tent rules in effect on the scenarios that have them? Guam I believe has two of them

Just read the scénario rules to know if they are in effect or not

Well it depends whether the creator added the behavior or not in the editor then.

It works on the DOW website have had the scenario up for years but wanted to try it here on BGA

It should work as well here, we are using the same format as DOW OL.
