Bad karma

Hi

Recently I have been having problem with my connection and I didn't realise it was my turn in games until I refreshed and realised I was kicked out.

Normally I would receive a message prompting to refresh, but now this does not seem to happen or at least not as frequently as it did before.

I have now bad karma, can't play with anyone and no way to regain it given that nobody wants to play even quick games with me.

Is there a solutiont to this?

You can play a bunch of quick games, which should give +1 karma each.

You also can just wait 90 days until the penalty expires.
