Help! Game won't let me finish my turn. Support won't let me report it as bug.

I offered a trade on my turn. All players declined it. Now I can't end turn, because where the Pass button ought to be there is the text
"Trade phase: You shall make or evaluate offers".

I tried "replay last moves" and the F5 key. They do their thing but do not make that indispensable button reappear.

This is only my second game on BGA, so the support page refuses to permit me to submit this as a bug report. Catch-22.

I think that means the trade panel is closed without actually rejecting the offers. You should see a red trade button in the top left, if you click it should reveal the trade panel and buttons to reject the offer, after which hopefully you can continue.

There is a red Trade button in the upper left. When clicked my offer, and the three "no" answers to it, reappear. But I still need a "Pass" or "End Turn" button or ability, and there still isn't any. Yes, I've tried "change offer", and I've tried the arrow in the upper right.
