Goes to the page of a game:

Click on "see more" in "Latest Updates"
Click on "xxxx's players"
You will be in the page of the group of the game.
This page regroup mainly the latest updates of a games and others posts shared by the admins or the developers.
Then in the top right, you will get a button to talk to all the members of the group, except if the group is too big, you don't want players with 100+ games to have all those posts by default (I think? with some dev time that could maybe change?).
So if your game have too much players, you have no choice but create your own group
In community on the top, you have a section about the groups. There is lots of groups to find players like that one about room 25:

I suggest to make the name of the group start with the same name than the game to make it searchable.
