Payment failed so losing my BGA premium price point?

I got an email that said BGA tried and failed to charge me so now I lost my premium price point of $24.

Ignoring I can't find a way to update my billing information anyway, my bank says no attempt to charge me was made.

So what gives, do I just lose the previous price point now and there's nothing I can do about it?

Same thing happened to me. I couldn't find any evidence of the previous years' payments in my bank statements, so I assume I paid from the one card I don't use anymore and never tracked.
