How to delete an old outdated thread?

Some time ago I posted on a BGA game forum about a self perceived frustration with the implementation. Its all past, no longer relevant, and the implementation is outstanding and I continue to enjoy today. Yet this many month old post remains near the top of the specific game forum. Is there anyway I can have this post deleted?

You can't delete yourself, but you can edit the text.

Just add an edit, explaining you changed your view since, what improved.
