Adjustable timer for tournament play

I could have sworn I posted about this some time ago, but I can't seem to locate my posts or other similar posts. I think it would be great to be able to set the minutes and per move increments for real time games for tournament purposes. Currently, I'm working on organizing a tournament between Pente players here and Pente players on another site and the players on the other site want the tournament to be hosted there so that the game timer will be predictable. I see their point about that issue and feel like the same issue could arise in the future for such things as mind sports olympics tournaments, etc.
