THE TATSINSKAYA RAID: Air rules are optional

Air rules are optional. If used, shuffle the two Air Sortie cards in the deck, at game start.

Are the rules on or off by default?

Can you switch them on or off?

No, air rules are not implemented. And if they were, this would be using the new expansion, not the air sortie cards
