How can I tell if a player has blocked me?

You can tell if someone has red thumbed you by going to their profile. If you can see activity under their name, e.g., "Playing now at: 75 turn-based games" or "offline," then you have not been red thumbed. If you do not see any status, then you have been red thumbed.
