It's from a french movie call "La Cité de la peur" that could be translate by "City of fear". It's a very particular movie, with a lot of word plays in french. But funny. It's a parodic polar movie about a serial killer around a movie. A movie in the movie.

And it was very hilarious for me who knows very well the movie to hear this when I founded the easter egg :lol:
