Can I see who I red thumbed because I don't want to play in a game with them? Is it possible to remove a red thumb. It could be easy to just give them a green thumb. But, if I did it long ago, I may not remember it.

With this, can I see who game me a red thumb?

There is no such list now.
The only way to know if you have given a player a red thumb is to look at their profile page.

I suggest you add a comment when you do, with the reason why you gave them a red thumb, and possibly the date. Then when you come back, you'll have the context and you can remove the red thumb if you wish.

The red thumb will never go out, until you remove it. There is no expiration.
