Please add the other maps or at least USA 1910 extension

Hey TTR Community and BGA Admins,

the game is quite unbalanced e.g. if you have the „big“ destinations 16-22 points you nearly always win if the other person has only small ones like 4-13 points.

Additionally there are only few destinations so it is quite predictable where somebody want to go.
The creators of TTR thought the same i guess. Thats why they created the solution / extension.
My suggestion please add the USA 1910 extension. This has 2 major advantages which make the game more fun and more balanced.

1. More destinations = less predictable where you you
2. An additional bonus card (15 extra points fort he person which the most destinations succesfully connected)

This is totally false, there are some combinations of tickets that are indeed op, 20+22 on top of them, but generally speaking the game is balanced enough for a game with cards.

Additionally there are only few destinations so it is quite predictable where somebody want to go.

And this is also part of the reason why it is. It is actually a very good feature of the game instead of a bad one like you are implying because it makes the game involve more skill rather than the opposite.

I think this is decidedly untrue in 2-player games and tends not to be true in 3-player games. I don't know so much about 4-player and 5-player games. In 2-player games especially, the time it takes to build the small routes involved in most 16+ tickets is too much to overcome when your opponents is building connected 6's and ending the game quickly.

That having been said, I agree that adding 1910 would be a good thing. It might even convince me to renew my subscription and start playing again.

I thought the USA 1910 Ext was simply bigger cards? There were changes too?

Yeah, 1910 has more destination tickets. Definitely prefer to play with more route options!

69 tickets vs 30 in the original.
