So because I'm quite sick at the moment, I initiated a game in training mode but hadn't noticed it also activated unlimited time. This guy with 85% reputation (I should have known) plays me and I slowly dominate the game. As a result, a couple of rounds before the end of the game, when he's clearly not going to win, he ghosts the game. Uncool.
Now, because it's unlimited time, I can't do anything about him in this game, and when I try to vote him down publicly, a banner says it's his first game so I can't do this, although there was no mention of that either in the game or at the start. Also, his play definitely shows experience, though it may have been outside of BGA.
Is this a bug? Usually when players are first time players, you get a sign in the game about this, and also at the start. Now I'm stuck with only one option - abandoning the game, which I think is the guy's original intention.
Do I have any other option? Reporting seems not to be an option for this type of behaviour. And frankly I don't want to reward such unsporting behaviour.
