Bans: Per game - and management

Hi,

I have a very long ban list, mostly from co-op games, mostly Hanabi but not only.

As I'm banning, I'm realizing that I'd love to play against those people in a competitive game, and there's no need for a ban from a co-op game to carry over there.

With that in mind, a couple of suggestions:
1. Can we have a feature where the bans are game-specific instead of system-wide?
2. Can we have some kind of "banlist management tool" where you can see your ban list (I know the numbers are visible in the PHP-generated lobby page, but that's not great), and if the above suggestion is implemented, a table of games on the columns and clickable usernames on the rows?

If I red thumb someone it's because they've been rude or ruined a game through inappropriate behaviour either gameplay or in the chat. No way do I want to encounter then again. Site wide makes most sense to me.
