How to show only blue Action cards when hovering?

How to show only blue Action cards when hovering?

I remember seeing an option to only seeing blue action cards when you mouse hover over your cards (unless you upgraded them), rather than seeing both blue and purple action cards on hover, but I can't seem to find that option again in the setting. Can someone specifically tell me where to look?
