Player did not leave game, but system say so

I dont want to post this in the bug-board as the problem is most likely on the user-side, but we dont understand it either.
game 382902940 (no time limit! - turn based)

System tells that a player has left the game, but this player said he simply finished his turn and left the session.
What went wrong here?
