Architectural Zoo not awarding points correctly?

This is the second time I have had this happen - once was in a solo game and I didn't get any screen shots, but this time was in a 2-player game and I got a screenshot of my map. I only got one conservation point from my Architectural Zoo card and I don't know why. I feel like I should have gotten 2 points: one for connecting all of the water spaces and one for connecting all of the rock spaces:

The upper left rock space is NOT connected.

Connected means touching one of your structures. It is only touching another rock. It can't be connected THROUGH a neighboring rock, though.

Thank you so much! I was thinking of each rock or each water as meaning each rock clump or body of water, not each individual space. That makes more sense now!

Well I have a similar issue of understanding how it works.
I got all my zoo map covered and I got the 7 appeal points bonus, therefore I thought it would be a 4 points CP rewards as everything is connected now, but I got only 2 ?

Can you please provide the table number of your game, so that we can have a look at the whole situation?

I just found it, but yeah, in general provide the table number so the whole game can be seen.

So, you only got 2 conservation points because you were 2 away from maxing out conservation, so it couldn't give you all 4. If you're conservation score had been lower overall, you would have gotten all 4, though.

Hi, I’m sure the answer is going to be obvious but can somebody explain why my zoo scored 2 from architectural zoo and not 3 ? It was table 390171677.

Edit : it seems the answer wasn’t that obvious, and that there actually is a translation mistake in French. I found the English card and it says « build on all border spaces », meanwhile the French card says « connect all border spaces », which is not the same at all. Has this problem being announced before ? I can’t find anything about it online.
