Multiple Snapping

New to the BGA version of Ark Nova

When you play a "Snapping 2" or multiple animals with a snapping power, how do you get the cards to refresh after each snap (assuming that is legal within the rules). I know that it doesn't automatically refresh or the snap couldn't be undone, but if I want to see the new cards before my next snap, what do I do?

It’s not legal. The row is replenished at the end of your turn.

In general, yes. I see that now in the rules.

But the "Snapping 2" card says specifically that you can replenish in between. I assume that means that between the 1st and second card, you should be able to see a new card?

In my case, I played 2 "Snapping 2" animal cards on the same turn. I assume that means I should have been able to replenish the cards after the 1st and 3rd snap, but not the 2nd?

Snapping in general does not replenish. But there are some cards with Snapping 2 that specifically say to replenish in between each card. This is done automatically for you on BGA.
If you played 2 'Snapping 2' then it says replenish in-between, so yes I would expect after the 1st and 3rd card.

It definitely didn't happen automatically (I had undo active and I figured that was why, since you can't undo after replenish.) I couldn't find a way to force a replenish. It may be a bug, but given that I am new, I assume I was missing something.

I don't believe the final sentence is correct. Certainly it's been my (recent) experience that when replenish is possible it's an optional button in the top bar.

Yup, just a plain old button on the top bar with "Replenish" on it.
