Conceding co-op games

So I was playing pandemic with some friends, and it was looking ugly, so I did what I normally do and proposed to abandon... except now it's 'collectively concede' and we'd lose ELO points anyway... this isn't a complaint, tbh I abused that to stop losing ELO points in co-op games and shouldn't have done that (apologies to the mods for that), I was just caught by surprise when I tried to propose abandoning! Mildly annoying, but I do understand and respect the decision, I just wanted to share my shock lmao.

Definitely not as I haven't received any bug reports regarding this yet. Reported the issue to the admin in charge.

I guess if many players hadn't abused it, it wouldn't have been necessary to implement a feature like this.

From now on, legitimate reasons to abandon (discovering the game setup was not the intended one or a silly misclick with big impact in the game and no undo possible, for example) will just mean an extra challenge to the players if they don't want to lose elo.

I'm curious to see what it will do to the Hanabi community.

You're absolutely right, and as I said I do take responsibility in my part. I knew I was cheating the system, couldn't help it though. I just know that I probably deserve it and there's no reason to be upset.

Admins fixed it today. Now scores in conceded co-op games are always 0.
