From my experience playing with people on different variant of tablut, White always win and Black always lose. Do you guys experience the same ?

no, black is more difficult side for new players in all tablut. if you playing better in most types of tablut black is better. you can saw stats on this site http://aagenielsen.dk/tafl_balances.php
