Country: Holy See?

Due to the translation headquarter I found that BGA lists now "Holy See" as a country. According to https://www.britannica.com/topic/Holy-See I think this is not correct. The Holy See governs the Roman Catholic Church, but not a country. The country referred to is the Vatican City.
