How do you request a karma fix?

I was playing a game of Decrypto and could not take my turn because the options I needed to access were not appearing in the interface. The only way to end the game was to have the other players boot me. There are several reports of similar issues in the bugs forum for this game and you can check the chat log to see that we were trying to fix. This means I have a karma knock that isn't my fault. How do you go about having this revoked?

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think the website has the ability to fix it, even for moderators/admins. Or at least, I've never heard of it.

Normally players just play a few games of something quick and immediately gain the karma back.

No one will care about you having karma of 90%, certainly no moderator, but also other players usually don't care. Almost everyone understands that sometimes something can happen in a game not letting you finish it. As said, if it occurs only once, no one cares. 90% karma is as good as 100% and you regain karma quickly anyway.

There are other ways to end a game (without karma penalty). You can explain your problem to the others and suggest to "collectively abandon" the game. It is an option in the top right menu (the 3 lines) during a game.

They do have the technical means to fix it. You would have to explain your case through the contact us/support page. Note that it is very possible that you would have your reputation back to 100% by playing games before they have time to answer because I think they might get a lot of messages.

Yeah, don't bother.

They could fix you karma technically, but it takes a lot less effort to just regain the karma the normal way. And is quicker.
