Bird / reptile house full

I just recognized that the tooltip says I am allowed to place a reptile in the reptile house, although it is full.

Does this also happen when the bird house / the petting zoo is full?

Well this specific snake takes 0 space in the reptile house. So you can place it there even though it’s full
