'PLAY NOW' loading extremely slowly

I have a high-speed Internet connection and have never had trouble loading BGA. But yesterday (and still today) the 'Play Now' page began loading very slowly, taking at least 30 seconds each time. This issue seems to be limited to just one of my computers, my DELL G15, which is the one I've always used with BGA. I don't have the issue on my ASUS computer.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas why my Dell computer would suddenly be taking so long to load the 'play now' page from BGA? I have no problem loading any other page on this computer, it's just the 'Play Now' at BGA.

Try 30 minutes for me sometimes.

This problem still exists and is worse now.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies for this site? Since it seems to be a problem with one specific device, that would be the first thing I'd try.
