Chat Troubles

Chat doesn’t work for me. It’s a bummer because I feel like people are thinking I’m being rude! I can type but can’t send. When I press done it goes grey, but doesn’t show anywhere to send. I have tried on iPhone and iPad. Any advice?

I have issues with chat when I'm on mobile devices but I can get it to work. I don't use Apple products though.

Have you tried on a computer?
