The problem of leaving the last harvest stage

However, in the Agricola game, there are some players who go out in the final harvest stage when they lose.
I won first place 2 times in a row, but I didn't get a score because the game was canceled in the final harvest stage. (Joint 1st place treatment)
I wonder if this problem can be improved and what others think about it.

You can filter games by your opponents' reputation, so if they have a history of quitting games then you won't be matched with them. You can also give them a "red thumb" which means you won't play with them in future.

But I have to point out that you yourself have a terrible reputation, with multiple quits and lots of timer penalties. So perhaps look at fixing your own behaviour first?

To add to my reputation carefully, I have a record of running away with everyone's agreement because we didn't know how to cancel the game when I played with my offline friends. Once again, there's a record of belonging to a game without understanding what a turn-based game is and then being kicked out. A common situation related to the question on this thread is forgetting that, after the last feeding fase, players must also confirm reorganization of their bred animals.
I've seen people (even with good enough reputation) just disconnect after they fed their family on the last harvest and have the game cancelled.
Obviously this is sloppy behavior from the player and they should be penalized for that. It only takes one more minute or so after playing for more than 90 minutes. But given that it is everybody's last action and it won't interfere with other players actions, couldn't we just discard the animals from the players that did not confirm the reorganization (as soon as they time out) and have the game finished and scored normally?

It's a forever ongoing issue with 'joint placement'. It's been many years since there was a large amount of people complained about it. BGA think they've fixed it.
