When trying to report a player, there is no option for Article VIII of Fair Play designated in Terms of Service (ToS) when clearly a player violated the conditions to use tactics to make the other player force quit the game or make the other player time to run out unfairly. Which is stated in ToS that it's against the rules.
Therefore BGA I hope you put an option for Article VIII rule breaking in the "report a player" otherwise you are breaking your own ToS.
