I think is so unfair and you should be able to do something about the way they trade with each other and won't trade with everyone else and pick on one or two other players. And you lose of course, but your trapped, you can't build up your score and you can't leave because its such a harsh penalty if you leave. This is happening so much now, like almost every second came, one or two games each day that I'm on here. Something needs to be done, takes ages to even get a game in the first place as I try not to go on the table as two from the same country but you don't know when they know each other and cheating in this way when they are from other countries. You can't even put thumbs down to make everyone aware. Where do you complain???? I sick of it and thinking of leaving, I pay for this *.

How do you know they are friends ?

I checked the games of Catan you played, no player played with someone of their friend list. So, I'm curious how you got that intel.

I don't like Catan because yeah, basically, for me at least, the way of winning is to scam other people into trade that favor you, or being able to become independant of other people to build your stuff. And IRL, I played Catan with friends only.
What kind of deal were you proposing? Were you far above other player in term of scoring?
Just because 'can' trande with you, it doesn't mean they 'should'.

So, could you confirm this isn't a fit of rage because you lose some game and that in multiple table you encountered people joining the game only to make you lose.

Anyway ... I will assume you are right, and will give you the simplest answer : Red Thumb them for 'personnal reason'. If they cheat that way other people will do so too and in time they won't have anyone left to play.

This happened to me too. I checked the two opponents' profiles and they were friends on BGA and from the same country. It is very frustrating.

Happened to me toi again bande game! A lot of players are "Friends" but they cheat together , red thumb not enough, accounts should be closed and the player can't create an other account

Thre's a report feature for this. I've gotten players hit for boosting before. Make sure you check that this is actually what's happening. Find clear examples from more than 1 game, etc.
