Swiss System - Point allocation based on results

In Swiss System, i would like add in Point allocation based on results +6,+3,+1,0,0,...

I think the swiss system has a flaw.
when a player left the game abnormal. the rest players get more point than normally finishing the game.(to the expectation)

I talk about it because I didn't have a chance to challenge top place at this time.
The top player met the last player 10 times (how could this happen in 20 games?). In all of these matchs ,the last player couldn't finish the games,result in +6 per match. but to the expectation of other normal game it should be +5 (30/6) for players...so these player get +1 point than normal game.
