Where are the tutorial links hidden?

Where do I find the "tutorial" links for games? I'm 99.9% positive I saw one in the past for Boop, Yokai, and Can't Stop. Now ????? I just can't find any. Even on the games filtered for having them.

On the game page, where it says "Play", you need to change it to "Learn" and then the button to play the tutorial will appear (if a tutorial exists, otherwise it normally directs you to the rulebook instead).

Every time I see something like this I think back to the admin statements that the new single-game lobby was supposed to be more intuitive than the old one.
