Gateway error

Hello,

I was playing a game of ark nova when I couldn't make a move. I refreshed and it got stuck.
Now I lose reputation. Is there anything to be done about that?

It seems that all real-time games have gone down. Usually when this happens the admins cancel any penalties due to the system failure.
