Reporting Error: Three end-games with only one elephant played

In this game, my opponent played only 1 elephant but got 3 end-game cards even when the game ended and got the conservation points for each of the three end-game cards. Does anyone know how this happens or if this is a bug? ( I also played one elephant in my zoo so it is impossible that he played both elephants and released one)
