Report abuse / phishing attempt

I couldn't find anywhere on the site to report a phishing attempt. A spectator in our game - Catan * - posted a link that seems obviously a phishing attempt. Can you please check it out and block this player? What is the best way to report something like this? Abuser is *. Thank you.

When you click on a profile, there is a report this player button, right under the Add as friend.
