Sound Options. Separate Start of Game Sound alert volume

I usually have to keep sound off by default for various reasons.

However, this causes a lot of problems, especially at start of arena games where the game start alert is not heard because sound is off.
It would be handy to be able to separate the game start alert sound and volume from the rest of the sounds.

This would allow the ability to hear the start of games..but also enable the ability to mute the rest of the games.
