Missing game starts.

Would it be possible to start the out of time sounds when you are down 30 or 15 seconds or a sound that you need to acknowledge at the game start . It is too easy to miss a game start and the sounds would get players that missed the start a chance to get to the proper tab quickly without making other players wait and avoiding a time delay penalty.

A knocker button would also be hand so when people question the missing person in chat and they don't respond they have a chance to knock a few times before being forced to return to the game queue. It would also be nice if people abandoned in these situations for players with good karma.
