Sound Option: Start of Game only

Please allow us an option to have all sound turned off except for the start of game notifications.
Sometimes it takes 15+ minutes for a game to start, and when sound is turned off (due to situational factors), one does not hear the game start.. except the exact moment one is being expelled, which is usually too late,

It's isn't a bug, and, I'm just crossreferencing: someone else made a similar suggestion.

The suggestion is as I described: a sound warning (that can be put on/off as you please) when some joins a table. This can be useful as sometimes you have to wait a very long time before someone joins, and, only a visual warning isn't handy when you have hearing impairment.
