Draw by Agreement

Is there a way to agree to a draw in this game? My opponent and I have been moving the same pieces back and forth because other moves are disadvantageous.

I checked the rulebook, and it mentions that "If the positions of the animals have been in the same pattern three times, because they have repeated moves, the game is a draw."

In theory, you would "agree" to a draw by repeating the same moves three times.
