Introducing the Ark Nova Companion App – Your Game Tracker!

Hey, BGA community!

I'm excited to share with you a project I've been working on – the Ark Nova Companion App! After spending countless hours enjoying Ark Nova on BGA, I wanted a tool that could enhance my gaming experience and help me keep track of key information effortlessly. So, I spent an afternoon creating this app, and I'm thrilled to share it with you.

Features:

Total Income Tracker: Keep tabs on your total income during the break for strategic planning.
Score Tracker: Log your scores using both BGA and Classic scoring methods.
Icons Tracker: Stay organized with an icons tracker to manage game elements efficiently.

It's very good, only problem is that the numbers reset as soon as my phone tries to save battery if I don't keep tapping it.

Definitely a nice addition to an offline game. From a first glance it lacks the ability to save a session (like previously mentioned the battery save resetting the app) and you need to be able to decrease icons as well in an obvious way, I found out that it's decreasing by holding icon just doing random testing

This is awesome! I’ve been using a clunky Google doc, will definitely be switching over!!

If you’re still working on it, I would love to see a way to see opponents’ stats as well, as you would in a BGA game. It would be really helpful for some of the end game goals and strategizing break income.

I don't understand the purpose. You can already see this info when playing Ark Nova in BGA.

And when you play in real-life, the first thing you do is get out your phone....to try and get an edge on your mates.
